A Letter From The Owner
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to check out Ultimate
Exteriors of Minnesota. From top to bottom, I believe my Company represents great business ethics, service and professional
behavior from the start to the finish of every project we handle. I personally have instilled at every position that the customer
truly does deserve the best service that money can buy. You will never be "left in the dark" on the status of your on
going project. We all pride ourselves on being available for our customers before, during and after your project has
been finished.
We offer a wide variety of products for
the exterior of your home. From windows and siding to roofing and decks we can handle any size project. From the customer
that needs only a couple of windows to the person that needs to have a total rehab of there home. There is no reason to split
your project between a number of contractors. It is much easier for everyone involved if you stick with one contractor. If
you need siding, roofing, windows, decks, stone or any other exterior project we are the one stop you need.
I am so sure that all of my customers will be totally satisfied that I offer
a couple different warranties. First is our five year workmanship warranty. This means if for any reason you should
have a problem with something that could be referred to as a flaw in the installation we will fix the problem for a period
of five years. Beyond that we are a member of The Quality Contacts and Ethics Certification Board. This is an
extended three year warranty that we offer that is backed by a third party. This warranty covers anything that could
happen before, during or after the project including manufacture defects.
